Insights help you report and understand your application data in greater detail. They help you find what's working for you and what's not.
There are five sections. Here's some more details about each of them:
Historical Overview
The historical overview tells you, in a simple list, how your job pipeline has progressed, i.e. how many applications made it to each of the stages.
From this, you can find how many candidates drop off at each stage, or if you are screening too leniently, etc.
Current Overview
The current overview gives you a bird's eye view of the job's current pipeline. It tells you how many applications are in each of the stages and who they are assigned to.
Sources
The sources report tells you which sources are working the best for you. It tells you how many applications each source is sending and how many of them get to offered or hired stages, or are rejected.
Through this, you can understand not only which sources are sending you the most applications but also which ones are sending you the best quality.
Rejection Reasons
Similar to sources, rejection reasons tell you why candidates are getting rejected. With this, you can find out if you're getting too many unqualified applications or if compensation is the reason why many people are not being hired.
Interviews
Last but not the least, there's the interviews report. It gives you an idea of how each of your interviewers are doing: how many interviews they have completed, what their average ratings are, and what their average time to complete their feedback is.
Insights bring clarity to your job pipelines and help you understand where you can get better.
