Anonymised applications are applications with their personally identifiable information (PII) removed. To comply with GDPR, you can automatically anonymise applications after a certain period so you don't retain candidates' personal information longer than you need.

When an application is anonymised, its:

  • name, email, phone number,

  • answers,

  • emails,

  • documents, including resumes

… are removed. These applications will also not show up in search results.

Anonymised applications also retain the following information:

  • notes

  • interviews (and feedback)

  • stage information

… so that you get accurate reporting and historical insights.
