Inside enlist, forms help you collect feedback from your interviewers or ask for extra information from a candidate. There are two types of form that you can create:

  1. Feedback forms: Feedback forms allow you to get feedback from your interviewers.

  2. Questionnaires: Questionnaires allow you to gather extra information from the candidate.

Adding a form

To add a form, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Settings > Form

  2. Click the New Form button on the top left

  3. Choose the type of form you want to add and give it a name (something descriptive, like Sales Feedback)

  4. Press the Create Form button

That form should now be added. Next, you need to add questions to it. Here's how to do that.
