When you start accepting applications for a job, it's a good idea to add a few relevant questions to the application form. Asking candidates' for some extra information or answers to a couple of relevant questions will help you qualify earlier.
enlist makes it easy for you to add questions, change them, or totally remove them. Here's how:
- Find the job you want to customise the application form for. Go to that job.
- On the top right, find 'Job Setup' and go there.
- Inside Job Setup, find 'Application Form' and go there.
