When you sign up for enlist, you get a free trial for 14 days. During this time, you can do just about everything—you’ve got access to all of enlist's features. At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe to a plan.

enlist's pricing is straightforward. We'll address some of the most common questions related to pricing in this article.

How does the pricing work?

What is an active job?

An active job is a job that you are actively hiring for. It could be a job that you are accepting applications for on your job board or one that you are hiring for internally.

What happens if I don't have any active jobs?

In case you don't have any active jobs, you pay nothing.

Can I pause my subscription and resume later?

Yes! We understand that you aren't hiring all the time, so you can pause your subscription and resume anytime you want. All your data is kept safe.

How do I find my upcoming invoice?

You can go to Settings → Account → Billing. Inside the Summary section, you’ll find a link to see the upcoming invoice. Keep in mind that the amount may change as you publish or close job openings.

How do I find my past invoices?

You can go to Settings → Account → Invoices. You’ll find all your invoices there with a link to download a PDF version as well.

What payment modes do you support?

At the moment, we accept payment only through credit or debit cards. Your payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How many users can I add?

As many as you want! Hiring is a collaborative activity, so enlist doesn't put a limit on the number of users you can invite to your account.

What about support?

We provide e-mail support throughout the week. When you have a question, you can just e-mail us and we will respond within a few hours. Usually, it's much quicker.

Do you provide phone support?

We don't provide phone support at the moment. We're a small team and e-mail support is the most efficient way of support for us.

Can we get a demo?

We will gladly help you walk through the app and answer any questions that you may have. Just send in a request.
